The Kossuth County Community Foundation (KCCF) has changed its application deadline for the upcoming grant cycle. Grant applications for 2023 will be accepted from September 1 through October 15, with awards made in December.
KCCF distributed $174,868.16 to 19 local non-profits serving Kossuth County in the spring 2023 grant cycle. The Foundation accepts grant applications from non-profit organizations and government entities seeking funds for projects that create a better quality of life for people in Kossuth County. Areas of Foundation giving include arts and culture, community betterment, education and youth development, environment and animal welfare, health and human service.
KCCF is an affiliate of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, was created by and for the people of Kossuth County. A local committee reviews the applications from charitable organizations serving their communities. The Community Foundation’s main goals are to support Kossuth County and to attract additional funds by assisting donors in creating lasting legacies through a variety of giving options within Kossuth County.
